They're pretty but definately smaller than I expected, and for the price, I was expecting them to be a little bigger. The picture is probably close to 8X magnification. Customer service was average to. Returned them Delivery Confirmation, and they first said they hadn't received it even though the USPS was saying they had, but fortunately they refunded my money after I gave them the tracking number the second time :) So all in all, not horrible to do business with but not great either.
