I will not purchase from Body Candy again, and I wouldn't recommend it you either. The ring itself could have been great, I don't know, but the service I received sure was not. First off, I order both the clear 16 gauge horseshoe barbell and the same one in blue. After placing my order I was notified later that the blue one was out of stock, which was a bummer but whatever, I got a refund and at least the clear one was still in stock... or so I thought. After the standard wait for the arrival of the ring I finally get it, but it's not the one I ordered. Instead of getting the clear barbell I got a pink one. I called the customer service number that I found on their website and was on hold for ever, to later find out that they were out of stock on the clear ring item as well. They never updated the fact that they were out of stock on this item. I did get a full refund and was allowed to keep the ring they mailed to me but it was just a long drawn out process to ultimately get nothing. The pink ring that I did receive was very poor quality, the rhinestones looked like they were basically going to fall out and the ring itself was a lot smaller in diameter than I expected.
