its okay,if you are the kind of person who changes their jewlery often. I wanted a grown up nose ring, one i could put in and leave in and i have sensitive skin so i thought i would try this one since it has the plastic ring, it came with a replacement ring, but it should have come with a replacement diamond since I lost it in the shower the first week. the ring half-ass "screws" into the plastic ring which is hell getting into your nose. it has a very tight curl which makes it almost impossible to force in your nose without tears. i would not buy this product again or recommend it to friends.

I ordered this nose ring because I don't like metal inside my nose. The bioplast is not as annoying. Although it's quite long so i cut it short leaving the curve so it doesn't fall out. The diamond setting gets caught on my linens and pulls out the inserted jewel part. I was able to put it back in, but I'm sure it will happen again. It's a comfortable nice piece. Real diamond - real white gold and less annoying plastic on the inside.
