This gauge looks great, feels great and the best part is that the ball will come out with out any hassle. It will not randomly fall out though. I sleep and shower with these gauges in and they have never come out on their own. I have had problems before with metal captive hoops not coming out of my ear because the ball was so tight. I wear these in my ear lobe. I have had them for a couple years now. They are easy to clean. I use Hydrogen Peroxide on my or even rubbing alcohol but soap and warm water also works great!
Also, This does NOT come as a pair. You only get 1 gauge so if you want matching gauges then you need to buy a second one. Overall it is a great price and a great gauge. The sizing is dead on.
