Tarnished Look!!! but Great Customer Service!!!Jan 13, 2012

I purchased these hoops for my wife for Christmas.. When I received them they looked very tarnished with a aluminum haze to them. The only reason why I am giving them 4 stars is because the seller refunded my money and allowed me to keep the errings... Great customer service in my opinion!!!
