I am happy with the pendant. It is quite similar to the web site view. The neck piece/rope is somewhat disappointing. It was difficult to know how it looked in the web site, but when it arrived it looked like a black piece of plastic with knot ties used for sizing. I still recommend the item but I'll probably buy better quality neck chains for the pendants. I bought 5 in all.
