I purchased two of these, one for each of my daughters are Easter gifts. Both necklaces broke the very first time they were worn. The peice that connects the heart to the chain is made out of very thin and cheap material. It snapped in half on both of them within an hour of being worn.

I purchased this for my sister in law for her birthday along with the matching earrings and she loved it. The crystals are beautiful and very elegant. She loved them! My only complaint would be that i noticed tiny "chip offs" on the edge of the crystal pendant. I'm not sure if it happened in transit since it comes in a plastic packaging, or if it happened during production, but I purchased more than one of these and noticed it in most of them. Since the imperfections are only noticeable from very close up, I didn't mind it at all. Apart from that, its a great buy. Maybe they should be packaged in jewel boxes instead.
