Great product... Everyone who sees this on my wife says it's so cute. The only issue I had was when I trimmed it to length - I cut the end square, and it was impossible to re-thread it on the ball. I trimmed the end to a slight angle, and it went right on and has held tight. The factory cut is too steep to hold well, so it needs to be re-trimmed in any case.

Everyone atleast smile's at it, my Dr's laugh there heads off when I go in for my ultrasounds!!!!!

purchased this once my belly bump started to show. I actually took off the Baby On Board sign and screwed it in to my metal piercing and have saved the plastic bar so that I can change it back once the belly distends too much!!!
everyone who has seen this thinks it is so unique and cool.

I got so many compliments on my belly ring! Mostly from the labor and delivery nurses... Everyone said they had never seen one like this before. It was easy to trim. Other reviews on the pregnancy rings complained about the ball falling off after trimming, but the trick is to twist it on, the ball will create the grooves the first time. Don't try to shove it on cuz it definitely won't work. This ring would be a great gift.

Shortly after buying this I decided to just go without a belly button ring for the rest of my pregnancy, BUT the couple times I wore it, I basically just had to push the ball on the plastic part that goes through your belly button. It's meant to be twisted on but it seemed like it was stripped. It seemed to hold up for the couple times I wore it but not sure it would have held for the entire pregnancy.
One thing that should be obvious, but I didn't think about, is it's really easy to see the shape of the charm through your tight fitting maternity shirts. I didn't like that, but that's not a product error.
