Purchased this item along with a white one and a few others. The plastic is ok, a bit flimsy and if you have a fresh piercing then you should wait. I love the plastic though its short and very flexable which feels good. I just wish the stone was lighter in color. The darker colored purple jem doesn't sparkle as well and the black with the dark colored jem doesn't stand out as much.
