The metal bar is quite nice and sturdy something you'd expect from a piercing shop. The dangling chain is devine and very acurately depicted. It seems a bit longer then pictured. However the chain is made of a light metal and for safety reasons if it's caught it will probably break to save you from tearing your piercing. I don't recommend them for sleeping in or anything too strenious.. These are more dressing up Nipple rings.
