My daughter's belly button got infected after 1 day. Had to put in regular ring!

It was a lot longer then i thought it would be. Im not sure if your supposed to cut it yourself or not but i didn't because i was afraid the end balls wouldn't go on. overall its functional though

I wanted to keep my piercing in while pregnant so I ordered this but it ended up being worse then just taking it out. It was painful to get in and then when it was in it showed through my shirts and would catch on my clothes. I took this out and just let it close and maybe get it re pierced one day.

I thought I would give this a try, but it isn't worth it. Yes, it is flexible and able to be trimmed. Once cut (and even on the ends that weren't altered) it is impossible to thread. I tried with several different ends (both metal and hard plastic) and it seemed the 'barbell' was just a miniscule bit larger than it should be. It was definitely a struggle to work with. I eventually decided to quit trying bc if I wasn't going to manage it in my hands, there was no way to do it while wearing it.
