I do not hate the product the customer service was lacking in that it is hard to distinguish how one would expedite a return. I was glad when Amazon reached out in order to return it the first time, after the second bar came and it still was not to my daughter's liking, I just gave up. They got me for $5.00, it did not seem worth the hassle. There was no one to call, no direct contact with the company and I am certainly not going to recommend it to any one else. Sorry.
