This is a great one if you want something simple. I liked wearing this during the 2010 Winter Olympics to show some pride for USA, since we have stars on our flag. The only problem is the points of the star sometimes get stuck on things, it pulls and it hurts. Other than that, it's a beautiful nose jewelry, I really love it. I like the L shaped nose jewelry, it goes in easier than the ball studs.
