The leafy metalwork grows up the side of this cute heart-shaped cartilage jewelry, which is specifically designed to be worn in the left ear. The 3/8" closure ring is made with gold PVD over durable 316L surgical grade stainless steel. Simply twist ends slightly, and gently pull away to insert piercing.
